How to Make Moist Coconut Cupcakes:

1. Cream the butter and sugar, then add in the eggs.

2. Alternate adding the dry and wet ingredients, mixing in between each addition. Always start and end with the dry ingredients.

3. Prepare the muffin tins with liners, fill to 2/3 of the way through and bake for 21-22 minutes.  Cool and frost with coconut buttercream, and enjoy!
