How to Make Moist & Fluffy Pumpkin Cupcakes:

1. Combine all the dry ingredients and whisk to combine.

2. Combine the wet ingredients:  Mix to combine.  Make sure to use canned pumpkin, not pumpkin pie filling.

3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, and mix to combine.

4. Line a muffin tin and fill 2/3 of the way through.  Use an ice cream scoop to fill even and easily.  Bake for 20-22 minutes.

5. Make the cream cheese frosting.  Frost the cupcakes!
