How to make the cupcakes: Combine dry ingredients. Then add wet ingredients. 

In a measuring cup add the brewed coffee and the instant espresso granules. Mix to combine the two. Then add to batter and mix until smooth.

Line a 12 cup muffin pan with liners and fill 2/3 of the way full & Bake!

Top with Espresso buttercream frosting
