Quick and Fudgy Triple Chocolate Brownies

These triple chocolate brownies are made with three different types of chocolate. They're rich, fudgy, and decadent! This easy dessert can be made in one bowl and can be ready in less than 30 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, 113g
  • 3 oz semi sweet chocolate chips, about ½ cup 85g
  • 3 oz milk chocolate chips, about ½ cup 85g
  • 1 cup granulated sugar, 200g
  • 3 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup flour, 60g
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 21g
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350° F and line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper or spray with nonstick baking spray.
  • In a microwave safe bowl combine the 1/2 cup butter, 3 oz semi sweet chocolate, and 3 oz milk chocolate Microwave for 30 seconds at a time stirring in between until the chocolate is completely melted. Up to 90 seconds total. Let the chocolate cool for 5 minutes.
  • Add in 3 eggs and 1 cup of sugar and whip using a hand mixer on high speed for 3-4 minutes. If you want crackle tops you must whip on high for at least the full 3 minutes.
  • Switch to a spatula and add in 1 teaspoon vanilla mix until combined. Next add in the 1/2 cup flour, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, and 1/2 tsp kosher salt. Mix until combined.
  • Pour the batter into the lined baking pan and bake for 25 minutes for super fudgy brownies. Allow to cool before cutting into them!

Notes

You must whip the brownies on high speed to get crackle shiny tops. Or you can top them with brownie frosting.
