2 Minute Homemade Vanilla Iced Coffee

This 2 Minute Homemade Vanilla Iced Coffee is the perfect pick-me-up to get your day off to a great start! Its easy and quick to put together and has a sweet vanilla flavor you can easily customize to your own tastes!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cold coffee or cold brew
  • 1 tbsp vanilla simple syrup, (store bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 tbsp half and half, or favorite creamer

Instructions
 

  • Cold coffee in a half full glass.
    In a tall glass 8-12 oz pour in the cold coffee. This can be home brewed or store bought
  • Add in 1 tbsp vanilla simple syrup and stir.
  • Cold brew added to ice in a glass cup.
    Next add in 1 cup or more of ice, to your liking.
  • Iced coffee in a cup full of ice.
    Add in 2-4 tbsp half n half or creamer.
  • Stir and enjoy!

Notes

You can buy or make your own simple syrup.
To make your own vanilla simple syrup you need to:
  • Combine ½ cup water and ½ cup sugar in a small pot. Stir and bring to a boil. Then reduce to a simmer until the mixture is thick, about 5 minutes.
  • Add in 2 tsp of vanilla extract and stir.
