These easy, melt-in-your-mouth snowball cookies are made with just 3 ingredients! A classic holiday cookie recipe.

Snowball Cookie Ingredients

- unsalted butter - all-purpose flour - powdered sugar - pecans or pistachios (optional)

Cream softened butter & powdered sugar for 1-2 minutes until light and fluffy.

Slowly mix in flour until fully incorporated and a smooth dough forms.

Chill for 30 minutes in the fridge. Scoop 1 tbsp sized dough balls & place onto two lined cookie sheets.

Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool 8 minutes, then roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
