This homemade pineapple upside down bundt cake is an easy classic dessert that's perfect for parties! Fun & easy to make.

Pineapple Bundt Cake Ingredients

Melt butter & brown sugar in a pot over low-medium heat. Pour into a bundt pan.


Drain canned pineapple & pat dry. Place halved pineapple rings & cherries in the bundt pan.


Whisk sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda & salt in a large bowl.


Mix in pineapple juice, water OR orange juice, vegetable oil & egg until smooth.


Carefully pour batter into bundt pan (over pineapple rings). Bake until fluffy. Let cool 15 minutes.


Invert the cake over a wire rack to cool fully. Then, slice.
