These easy blueberry cupcakes are topped with a blueberry buttercream frosting. A perfect spring or summer dessert recipe!

Blueberry Cupcake Ingredients

Cream butter & sugar in stand mixer. Add egg, egg whites & vanilla extract. Mix until combined.

Whisk dry ingredients in a bowl. Slowly mix dry ingredients & buttermilk mixture into creamed ingredients (alternating).

Dust blueberries in flour. Fold into batter.

Fill cupcake liners 3/4 of the way full. Bake until fluffy. Let cool completely.

Meanwhile, mix together the blueberry buttercream frosting ingredients.

Use a piping bag to frost cupcakes.
