Cinnamon Roll Apple Pie

This quick apple pie is made with cinnamon roll dough for a tasty & easy apple dessert recipe. Perfect for fall baking!

Quick Apple Pie Ingredients

Cut cinnamon roll dough slices in half. Roll out 7 slices to 1/4 inch. Place in pie dish & bake 7 mins.


Thinly slice apples (I recommend using a mandolin for ease).


Toss apples with brown sugar, flour, cornstarch, cinnamon & salt. Pour over pre-baked crust.


Roll out rest of cinnamon roll slices & place on top. Cover & bake 35 mins. Remove cover & bake 10 more mins.


Let cool, then drizzle with icing.
