You'll love this fluffy & moist pineapple cake with cream cheese frosting! This tropical sheet cake recipe is perfect for summer.

Pineapple Cake Ingredients

-granulated sugar -all-purpose flour -baking powder -baking soda -kosher salt -crushed pineapple (with juice) -vanilla extract -vegetable oil -large eggs

In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda & salt. Whisk lightly.


Add crushed pineapple with juice, vanilla extract, vegetable oil & eggs. Mix until just combined.


Pour batter into a greased/lined 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake 30 mins, until center is springy. Let cool.


Mix together cream cheese frosting ingredients until smooth & fluffy.


Use an offset spatula and/or piping bag to frost cake & enjoy!
