1. Cream the butter and sugar until light and creamy, then add the egg, egg whites, and vanilla and mix.

2. Alternate adding the dry and wet ingredients always starting and ending with the dry mixing in between each addition. Then line a muffin tin with liners and fill 2/3/ of the way with batter. Bake at 19 minutes

3. Melt the caramel bits. Then core the cupcakes. Keep the tops! User a corer or small knife to core. Fill the cupcakes with caramel using two small spoons.

4. Top with cupcake top, pipe with caramel buttercream and drizzle with more caramel.
