Vanilla Cupcake Ingredients

Whisk cake flour, baking powder, baking soda & salt in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, use a hand or stand mixer to cream butter & sugar.

Mix in egg, egg whites & vanilla extract.

Alternate adding dry mixture & buttermilk. Mix until just combined.

Fill cupcake liners 3/4 of the way full. Bake until fluffy & let cool.
