This creamy cheesecake with strawberry jam swirl features a simple phyllo dough crust. An impressive Valentine's Day dessert!

Cheesecake Ingredients

Brush a layer of phyllo dough with melted butter. Press into a springform pan.

Place another layer on top, crosswise. Continue until all sheets are used.

In a stand mixer, combine cheesecake ingredients until smooth.

Pour half the batter over the crust. Warm & dollop strawberry jelly on top. Swirl with a knife. Pour rest of batter on top.

Bake until mostly firm. Let cool 10 minutes, then chill in the fridge at least 4 hours.
