This easy raspberry frosting is a perfect homemade buttercream frosting for summer cupcakes, cakes & chocolate desserts!

Raspberry Frosting Ingredients

Pulverize freeze-dried raspberries in a spice grinder or crush in a ziploc bag.

Cream butter & confectioners' sugar in a stand mixer (or with a hand mixer).

Mix in crushed freeze-dried raspberries. Then add vanilla extract & milk.

Mix until fluffy.

Use a piping bag to frost cupcakes or an offset spatula to spread on cakes.
