This easy lemon cake recipe with raspberries is topped with a sweet glaze. The perfect summer dessert with fruit!

Lemon Raspberry Cake Ingredients

Mix together lemon zest and sugar.

Cream butter & sugar in a stand mixer.

Mix in oil & eggs. Separately whisk together dry ingredients. In a measuring cup, add buttermilk & lemon extract.

Alternate adding dry ingredients & buttermilk mixture to batter. Toss raspberries in flour & fold in to batter.

 Pour batter into greased bundt pan. Bake until set and sides pull away from pan. Let cool.

Combine confectioners' sugar with milk. Stir until smooth & drizzle over cake.
