Raspberry White Chocolate Cupcakes

These homemade raspberry cupcakes are frosted with a sweet white chocolate buttercream. The perfect Valentine's Day dessert recipe!

Raspberry Cupcake Ingredients

Cream butter & sugar in stand mixer. Add egg, egg whites & vanilla extract. Mix until combined.

Whisk dry ingredients in a bowl. Slowly mix dry ingredients and buttermilk into creamed ingredients (alternating).

Wash & dry raspberries. Toss in flour. Fold into batter.

Fill cupcake liners 3/4 of the way full. Bake until fluffy. Let cool completely.

Melt white chocolate in microwave. Cream butter & confectioners' sugar. Slowly add white chocolate & heavy cream until fluffy.

Use a piping bag to frost cupcakes. Top with more raspberries & white chocolate.
