Ingredients for the Moist Banana Cupcakes Recipe

How to Make Moist Banana Cupcakes:

1. Mash two bananas with a fork.  Its ok if  there are some lumps.

2. Cream the butter and sugars. Add the egg, egg whites, and vanilla.  Then add the mashed bananas and stir.

3. Alternate adding the dry and wet ingredients, mixing in between each addition. Always start and end with the dry ingredients.

4. Prepare the muffin tins with liners, fill to 2/3 of the way through and bake for 18-19 minutes.  Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting and top with a banana chip.
