These easy and chewy sprinkle cookies are made in just 30 minutes! A perfect birthday party dessert for a crowd.

Birthday Cookie Ingredients

Melt butter in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Mix in white & brown sugars. Then, mix in egg yolks & vanilla extract.

Add in flour, baking soda, baking powder & salt. Mix until just combined. Fold in sprinkles.

Scoop 3 tbsp sized cookie dough balls. Roll in more sprinkles & place onto a lined cookie sheet.

Bake until cookie bottoms are golden brown. 'Scoot' with a large cookie cutter to make them perfectly round. Let cool.
