These easy and chewy no chill sugar cookies are made in just 20 minutes! A classic holiday cookie recipe - no mixer needed!

Sugar Cookie Ingredients

- butter - all-purpose flour - white sugar - vanilla extract - corn starch - baking soda - kosher salt

Melt butter in a medium microwave-safe bowl. whisk in white sugar. Then, mix in egg, egg yolk & vanilla extract.

Add in flour, corn starch, baking soda & salt. Mix until just combined.

Scoop 1 tbsp sized cookie dough balls. Roll in white sugar & place onto a lined cookie sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes. 'Scoot' with a large cookie cutter to make them perfectly round. Let cool.
