Gingerbread Bundt Cake

This easy gingerbread cake is packed with warm spices and topped with a sweet maple glaze. The perfect festive holiday cake recipe!

Gingerbread Cake Ingredients

Cream butter & sugar in a stand mixer. Add oil, eggs & vanilla extract. Mix until combined.


Whisk dry ingredients in a bowl. Separately, combine molasses & buttermilk. Slowly mix both into creamed ingredients (alternating).


Pour batter into greased bundt pan. Bake until set. Let cool completely.


Meanwhile, combine confectioners' sugar with maple syrup & cream. Stir until smooth.


Pour maple glaze over cooled bundt cake.
