Chocolate Raspberry  Cupcakes

These easy chocolate cupcakes with raspberry filling & raspberry buttercream frosting are a perfect Valentine's Day dessert recipe!

Chocolate Cupcake Ingredients

Whisk dry ingredients in a large bowl.


Whisk in eggs, yogurt & coffee until smooth. Then, whisk in vegetable oil & vanilla extract.


Fill cupcake liners with batter 2/3 of the way full. Bake until fluffy & let cool.


Use a cupcake corer or knife to cut a small hole. Fill with raspberry jam, then put the cored cupcake back on top.


Pulverize freeze-dried raspberries in a blender. Mix with buttercream ingredients in stand mixer until fluffy.


Use a piping bag to frost cupcakes. Top with more raspberries.
