This moist raspberry bundt cake is topped with a sweet white chocolate glaze. It's the perfect festive cake for holiday parties!

Raspberry Cake Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda & salt.

Separately, cream butter & sugar in a stand mixer.

Mix in eggs and vanilla extract.

Alternate adding 1/3 of the dry ingredients & 1/2 of the buttermilk to wet ingredients until  combined.

Dust raspberries with flour & carefully fold into batter with a spatula.

Pour batter into greased bundt pan. Bake until set. Once cool, pour glaze on top if desired.
