This fresh banana crumb cake features a crunchy streusel topping & icing glaze. An elegant yet easy brunch recipe for any occasion!

Coffee Cake Ingredients

Combine flour, sugars, cinnamon & salt in a bowl. Use 2 forks or pastry cutter to cut in butter & place in fridge.

Cream butter & sugar.

Mix in eggs , mashed bananas & vanilla extract. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl.

Alternate adding dry mixture & buttermilk to wet batter until smooth. Pour into a greased springform pan.

Sprinkle crumb topping on top & bake until golden brown.

Let cool. If desired, mix together glaze & drizzle on top.
