Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake

with Oreo crust

This creamy cherry cheesecake is topped with melted chocolate and sits atop an easy Oreo cookie crust. An impressive dessert!

Cheesecake Ingredients

Remove filling, then crush Oreos in a food processor or in a Ziploc bag with a rolling pin.


Mix melted butter with crushed Oreos. Press into a springform pan & par-bake 8-10 mins.


In a stand mixer, combine cream cheese, sour cream & sugar. Slowly mix in eggs, then half n half, vanilla & flour.


Pour half the batter into a springform pan. Pour half of the cherries on top, add the rest of the batter, then top with the rest of the cherries.


Place a 9×13 in pan filled with 1 inch water on the bottom rack of your oven. Bake cheesecake on the upper rack 45-55 mins.


Let cheesecake cool. Decorate with melted chocolate and Oreo cookies.
