Banana Cupcake Ingredients

Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda & salt in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, mash bananas until creamy.

In another bowl, use a hand or stand mixer to cream butter with granulated sugar & brown sugar.

Mix in egg, egg whites, vanilla extract & mashed banana. Alternate adding dry mixture & buttermilk.

Fill cupcake liners 3/4 of the way full. Bake until fluffy & let cool.

Mix together cream cheese frosting ingredients until smooth & fluffy.
