Coffee Cookie Ingredients

Cream butter & espresso powder with a hand mixer or stand mixer. Mix in white & brown sugars.

Mix in egg. Then, add in flour, baking soda, baking powder & salt. Mix on medium speed until just combined.

Scoop 3 tbsp sized cookie dough balls onto a lined cookie sheet. Freeze 30 minutes.

Bake until cookie edges are brown and crisp.
