These homemade espresso cupcakes are so fluffy and frosted with an espresso buttercream. Delicious and easy to make!

Espresso Cupcake Ingredients

In the bowl of a hand or stand mixer, mix flour, sugars, baking soda, baking powder & salt on low speed.

While mixing, add eggs, then vegetable oil. Slowly pour in milk.

In a separate measuring cup, combine brewed coffee & instant espresso. Pour into batter.

Fill cupcake liners 2/3 of the way full. Bake until fluffy (about 20 mins) & let cool.

With a mixer, beat espresso buttercream frosting ingredients until smooth & fluffy.

Use a piping bag to frost cupcakes & enjoy!
