Lemon Bundt Cake Ingredients

Combine dry lemon cake mix & lemon pudding powder.

Mix in lemon zest, water, lemon juice & eggs. Then, mix in vegetable oil.

Grease a bundt pan well. Pour in batter.

Bake until set & cake edges pull away from the pan. Let cool 10 mins, then flip onto cooling rack to cool completely.

Combine confectioners' sugar with milk & lemon zest. Stir until smooth & drizzle over cake.
