These mini vanilla bundt cakes are topped with a simple glaze. It's a perfect mini cake recipe for parties and events!

Mini Bundt Cake Ingredients

Cream butter & sugar in a stand mixer.

Add vegetable oil. Mix until combined. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk dry ingredients. In a measuring cup, add buttermilk and vanilla extract.

Alternate adding dry ingredients & buttermilk mixture to wet ingredients. Pour batter into mini bundt pan. Bake until set.

Combine vanilla glaze (or coffee glaze) ingredients in a bowl. Stir until smooth.

Dip cooled bundt cakes in glaze (or pour on top).
