Red Velvet Cheesecake

with Oreo crust

This smooth red velvet cheesecake features a simple, delicious Oreo cookie crust. An impressive holiday dessert!

Cheesecake Ingredients

Crush Oreos in a food processor or in a ziploc bag with a rolling pin.


Mix melted butter with crushed Oreos. Press into a springform pan & par-bake.


In a stand mixer, combine cheesecake ingredients. Slowly add the cream, cocoa powder & flour last.


Pour batter into springform pan. Place in a water bath with 1" of water. Bake until edges start to brown and pull away from the pan.


Let cheesecake cool. Decorate with whipped cream and Oreo cookies.
