Gingerbread Biscotti  Ingredients

Combine eggs, molasses & vanilla. Mix in brown sugar.

Mix in flour, baking soda, spices, and salt until combined.

Form dough into 2 equal long, flat logs.

Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool, then slice into cookie strips.

Bake cookies for another 20 minutes. Let cool completely.

Make glaze: melt butter & brown sugar. Remove from heat. Add confectioners' sugar & milk. Drizzle over biscotti.
