7 Up Soda Cake Ingredients

Zest lemon and lime over sugar.

Cream butter with zest and sugar. Mix in lemon extract, then eggs, then 7 Up soda.

Gently mix in salt and cake flour until just combined (don't over-mix).

Heavily grease bundt pan. Pour batter into pan. Bake until set & edges pull away from pan. Let cool.

In a small bowl, combine powdered sugar, 7 Up, cream, and lemon/lime zest (if using).
