3 Minute Greek Yogurt Coffee Smoothie

Get your morning buzz in smoothie form with this recipe for a 3 Minute Coffee Smoothie. Made with Greek Yogurt, frozen banana, coffee and even some cocoa for a deeper flavor, this smoothie can be made in just 3 minutes. I like to use a single serve blender for this to just blend and go!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • ½ cup black coffee, cold or cold brew
  • ½ cup vanilla greek yogurt, (I use Fage)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder, (optional)
  • Simple syrup, (optional)
  • Granola garnish, (optional)

Equipment

  • 1 Personal Sized Blender Ninja or Nutra Bullet

Instructions

  • In a personal-sized blender (such as the Ninja or Nutrabullet) add the frozen banana, cold coffee, greek yogurt, and cocoa powder if using.
  • Start by pulsing the ingredients together to break up the banana, then blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste the smoothie and add simple syrup if needed. Pour into a glass and top with granola if desired. Enjoy!
