Cheesecake Brownie Recipe Ingredients

Melt butter & chocolate in the microwave. Use a whisk to whip in sugar, eggs & vanilla extract.

Stir in flour, cocoa powder & salt with a spatula until just combined. Pour into an 8x8 baking pan.

In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, vanilla extract & flour.

Roughly chop Oreos & stir into cheesecake batter. Pour over brownie batter & smooth out with a spoon.

Top with additional chopped Oreos & bake until set.

Let cool 10 mins, then transfer to fridge 1-2 hours to fully cool & set. Slice into bars with a sharp knife.
