Gluten Free Chocolate Cake Ingredients

Melt chocolate and butter in a bowl. Stir in instant coffee. Separate eggs in another bowl.

Whip egg whites while pouring in sugar until stiff peaks form.

Slowly fold whipped egg whites into melted chocolate mixture until combined.

Pour batter into a springform pan lined with parchment paper.

Bake until small cracks form on the top and the middle is no longer jiggly. Sift powdered sugar on top.
