These fudgy homemade brownies with Oreos are easy to make & so tasty! A decadent chocolate dessert recipe for any occasion.

Oreo Brownie Recipe Ingredients

Melt butter & chocolate in the microwave. Let cool 5 minutes.

In a separate bowl, whip eggs & sugar with a whisk or hand mixer for 3 minutes.

Gently fold in chocolate & butter mixture with a spatula. Lightly stir in vanilla extract.

Stir in flour, cocoa powder & salt until combined.

Pour half of the brownie batter into an 8x8 inch baking dish. Top with Oreo cookies & pour the rest of the batter on top.

Crush remaining brownies & sprinkle over batter. Bake until set.

Let cool completely, then slice into bars with a sharp knife.
