These fudgy homemade brownies with marshmallows are easy to make! They're a tasty chocolate dessert recipe for summer.

Marshmallow Brownie Ingredients

Melt butter & chocolate in the microwave. Let cool 2 minutes.

In a separate bowl, whip eggs & sugar for 3 mins. Stir in chocolate mixture & vanilla extract.

Gently stir in flour, cocoa powder & salt. Pour into an 8x8 square baking dish. Bake 26-28 mins.

Remove from oven. Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top. Bake 3 more mins or use kitchen torch to toast.

Make brownie frosting: melt butter & whisk in cocoa powder. Stir in confectioners' sugar & milk.

Immediately pour & spread chocolate frosting over brownies. Let harden.

Let cool completely, then slice into bars with a sharp knife.
