This healthy banana bread recipe is an easy, delicious breakfast! It's dairy free and refined sugar free, with no butter or oil.

Healthy Banana Bread Ingredients

– Bananas (the browner the sweeter!) – Applesauce – Honey – Eggs – Flour (I use a blend of whole wheat and white) – Kosher salt – Baking soda – Vanilla – Optional: your favorite mix-ins!

Mash bananas in a large bowl.


Mix in applesauce, vanilla, honey, and eggs.


Mix in dry ingredients until just combined.


Pour banana bread batter into a greased loaf pan. Add a sliced banana on top.


Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
