Berry Chantilly Cake

This vanilla chantilly cake recipe with berries and cream is fluffy, moist, and delicious! A perfect layer cake for summer!

Chantilly Cake Ingredients

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl or stand mixer.


Separately, cream butter & sugar. Mix in eggs & vanilla extract. Combine yogurt & milk in a separate measuring cup.


Add 1/3 of the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture, then 1/2 the yogurt mixture. Alternate adding until fully combined.


Evenly divide batter between cake pans & bake until set. Let cool & level off with a serrated knife.


Mix mascarpone cheese with vanilla & confectioners' sugar. Separately, whip heavy cream. Fold together.


Assemble cake, spreading strawberry jam, chantilly cream & berries between layers.


Frost cake or top with a dollop of chantilly cream & fresh berries.
