This edible sugar cookie dough is made heat treated flour, but without brown sugar or eggs. This super delicious, no-bake recipe has a sweet and buttery taste. I’ve added in sprinkles to make it a ton of fun. And yes, it's safe to eat!
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the 1 1/4 cup flour in an even layer and bake for 5 minutes then cool.
In the bowl of a hand or stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream the 1/2 cup butter with the 1/4 cup confectioners sugar and 1/4 cup granulated sugar until its light and fluffy about 1 minute.
Add in the 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and the 1 tbsp milk and mix lightly. Add in the 1 1/4 heat treated flour, 1/8 tsp salt, and the sprinkles. Mix, scoop, and serve!
